Working hours

How to set working days and hours, days off, and your weekly schedule

What are working hours?

Working hours are your main work schedule. Here you define which days of the week and what times you accept clients.

Why it matters:

  • Clients see only your working days in online booking
  • Clients can’t book on days off or outside working hours
  • The calendar automatically blocks non-working time
  • This is the foundation of your schedule
Where to set it up: Settings → Working hours

Choose working days

Which days of the week you work

Select the days of the week when you accept clients. Each day can be turned on or off with a toggle.

How it works:

Toggle is ON (orange)

Working day — you can set hours and accept clients

Toggle is OFF (gray)

Day off — clients cannot book

Example in the screenshot:Working days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu (toggles are orange)Days off: Fri, Sat (toggles are gray)
💡 Tip: A standard schedule is Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat. But you can choose any days that fit your routine.
Working hours

Set working time

Working hours for each day

For each working day, set your start and end time.

Start time

When you start accepting clients (e.g., 08:00)

End time

When you finish working (e.g., 17:00)

Tap the time: A time picker will open (hours and minutes)

Different hours for different days:

You can set custom hours for each day of the week

For example:Monday–Friday: 09:00–19:00Saturday: 10:00–16:00Sunday: day off

Hours for all working days

Quick setup for the same hours

At the bottom of the page there is a special option “Hours for all working days” — a quick way to set the same hours for all days at once.

How to use it:

  1. Scroll down to “Hours for all working days”
  2. Turn on the toggle (it becomes orange)
  3. Set the start and end time
  4. These hours will apply to ALL working days

When to use it:

  • You have the same schedule every day
  • You want to quickly set hours for all days
  • Later you can adjust specific days
ℹ️ In the screenshot this feature is turned off (gray toggle), so the hours are set separately for each day.
💡 Tip: First set “Hours for all working days”, then adjust the days that are different.

Save changes

How to apply the new settings

After setting your days and hours, make sure to save the changes.

The “Save” button:

  • At the bottom of the page — a large orange “Save” button
  • Tap it to apply all changes
  • Settings are saved and take effect immediately

What happens after saving:

  • The calendar updates with the new schedule
  • Clients see your new working days and hours
  • Non-working time is blocked automatically
⚠️ Tip: Don’t forget to tap “Save”! Otherwise, changes won’t apply.

Change working hours

How to update your schedule

You can change your work schedule anytime — add or remove days, or change the hours.

How to change it:

  1. Go to Settings → Working hours
  2. Adjust the days or time you need
  3. Tap “Save”
  4. The new schedule takes effect immediately

What happens to existing appointments:

  • Existing appointments stay as they are
  • New appointments can be created only within the new schedule
  • If you removed a working day, make sure there are no appointments on that day
Example change:Was: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00Now: Tue–Sat 10:00–19:00Result: Monday became a day off, Saturday became a working day

How it appears in the calendar

Working and non-working days

After setting working hours, the calendar automatically shows working days and days off.

Working days:

  • Shown as regular days with time slots
  • Only working hours are visible (e.g., 08:00–17:00)
  • You can create appointments
  • Clients see these days in online booking

Days off:

  • Marked as days off (usually in gray)
  • No time slots
  • You can’t create an appointment
  • Clients don’t see these days
Outside working hours: Time before you start and after you finish is also blocked
💡 Tip: If you need to work once on a day off, don’t change working hours — just create an appointment manually or temporarily adjust that specific day.

Working hours vs Vacation

What’s the difference?

It’s important to understand the difference between setting working hours and adding a vacation.

Working hours:

  • A recurring weekly schedule
  • For example: every Monday is a day off
  • Set once
  • Repeats every week

Vacation:

  • One-time days off
  • For example: vacation from August 1 to August 14
  • Added through the calendar
  • Only for specific dates
When to use what:
Regular days off → Working hours
One-time days off, vacation → Add vacation in the calendar

Setup recommendations

Be realistic

Don’t set an overly long workday. It’s better to work 09:00–18:00 and keep up, than 08:00–21:00 and burn out. Clients value your energy more than long hours.

Leave a buffer

Don’t start exactly at 08:00 if you open your salon at 08:00. Give yourself 15–30 minutes to prepare. Set your first appointment time to 08:30.

Be consistent

Try not to change your schedule every week. A consistent schedule helps clients remember when you work and plan visits in advance.

Important to remember:

Working hours are the foundation of your schedule. Set them correctly once, and your calendar will run like clockwork. Don’t forget to tap “Save” after changes!
