How to add a product
Create a product, choose its sales mode, and configure milliliters, pricing, and stock
Product card
A product card stores the name, photo, description, category, sales mode, prices, and stock. Once saved, the product can be used in orders, added to a client appointment, and shown in the online shop when online sale is enabled.
Creating a new product
Start with the main details and select the correct sales unit
- Open My Products
- Select Add product
- Upload a product photo
- Enter the name and description
- Select a category and add tags if needed
- Choose package, milliliters, both modes, or volume variants
- Complete the price, cost, and inventory details
- Save the product and review its card
Sales mode
This choice determines how the item is added to an order and deducted from stock
Package
Sell one complete item. Stock is tracked as units or packages
Milliliters
Sell a selected quantity from a container, such as 10, 30, or 50 ml
Package and ml
Sell the same product as a complete package or by measured milliliters
Volume variants
Create prepared variants such as 50 ml and 100 ml, each with its own price
Selling by milliliters
Suitable for cosmetics, oils, color products, and other goods sold in portions
Package volume
Enter the full container volume in milliliters, for example 500 ml
Sold quantity
In the order, specify how many milliliters the client receives
Price
Configure pricing so the total matches the selected quantity or volume variant
Remaining stock
Track the milliliters deducted after a sale to keep the available quantity accurate
Main product details
Photo
Use a clear, well-lit product photo with a simple background
Category
Categories help organize products and find them faster
Description
Explain the purpose, features, and important client information
Tags
Add words for search and grouping without repeating the product name
Name and description in three languages
Russian, English, and Hebrew are displayed according to the client's language
- Complete the primary product name
- Add the English name and description
- Add the Hebrew name and description
- Check right-to-left display for Hebrew
- Save and open the product in every language
Pricing and inventory
Information used to monitor stock and profit
Quantity
The current number of packages or the available product volume
Minimum stock
The level at which the product should be reordered
Cost and sale price
Cost is used for profit calculations; sale price is charged in the client order
Margin
The difference between revenue and cost helps evaluate product profitability

Best seller
Highlight a popular product
Discount
Show a product with a special price
Recommended
Feature a product you want to suggest to clients
New or custom badge
Use a prepared label or create your own
Save and verify
Review the complete card before the first sale
- Select Save
- Open the created product
- Review the photo and translations
- Confirm that the correct sales mode is selected
- Check the ml volume, variants, and prices
- Add the product to a test order and check the total
- Open the card again to edit details if needed
Always make a test sale for milliliters
Add a small quantity to a test order and verify the price, measurement unit, and remaining stock. This immediately shows whether package, milliliter, or volume-variant settings are correct.
